We’re excited to share a few new updates from Q1 designed to make everyday workflows easier, smoother, and more flexible for your team. From new self-serve tools to improved customer journey connections, these enhancements are all about helping you work more efficiently while creating better experiences for your customers.

Automotive Business Updates

  • Added confirmation for past-dated One Time Messaging Campaign launches: To help prevent accidental sends, we’ve added a confirmation prompt for One Time Messaging Campaigns scheduled for a date or time that has already passed. This extra step gives your team a little more confidence before launching and adds peace of mind to the process.
  • Email Self-Serve is now live in the GTX Dashboard: You can now create email templates and launch self-serve emails directly from the GTX Dashboard. This makes it easier to build, manage, and send campaigns all in one place, giving your team more control and flexibility.
  • Refreshed holiday email templates: Holiday journey email templates for both Oil and Car Wash have been updated with a cleaner, more modern look. These refreshed designs help seasonal messaging feel polished, current, and ready to better engage customers.
  • New Car Wash + Oil Change Connector: We’ve connected car wash and oil change invoices to make cross-promotional offers more automatic and seamless. When a customer gets an oil change, they can automatically receive an offer for a free car wash.

Car Wash-Specific Updates

  • Patheon POS connection enhancements: We’ve made improvements to the Patheon POS connection to support stronger, smoother customer journeys and improve the overall experience.
  • Now integrated with NXT Wash: We’re excited to share that we are now integrated with NXT Wash, helping expand connectivity and create even more opportunities for Car Wash operations.


Oil-Specific Updates

  • A smoother review experience is here: Oil review-request texts can now send customers directly to the location specific Google Review page based on their invoice. With fewer steps involved, it’s now easier for customers to leave a review and easier for your business to collect valuable feedback.
  • More flexibility for one-time use codes: You now have more flexibility in choosing the one-time use code setup that works best for your business, making it easier to align promotions with your operational needs.
